What is your refund policy?

Full refunds will be given  on our 1- cloth 'Try It, You'll Like It' offer - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

We ask that if you have never used our cloths before,  you find out how you like them by first ordering our 1 cloth 'Try It, You'll Like It' offer.  You have nothing to lose because if - for any reason - you are not completely satisfied with the cloth on this order, we'll give a one time refund within 30 days of your original purchase - NO questions asked... and you get to keep the cloth!

We will also be happy to answer any questions you may have to help you with any issues you may be having with the cloth - so you can love it too!

For all other orders, we're going to assume you've already tried the Perfectly Streak Free cloths and love them.  Because of the above ''Try It, You'll Like It' generous return policy, larger quantity orders are non returnable/ non refundable unless defective with visible manufacturing defects - which we will gladly replace within 30 days of original purchase.

Why is this our policy?

To keep our costs low, we package our beautiful white Perfectly Streak Free Cloths together in one package. Once these packages have been opened/handled by others, we cannot resell them, so to protect all of our customers and keep our prices low and our reputation high, our policy is firm and fair.
